2. The service
Bonne Pluie provides curated French news articles adapted to different CEFR proficiency levels, delivered by email or accessible on the website. The service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to register.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per person. Automated or bulk account creation is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content
Articles displayed on Bonne Pluie are sourced from publicly available news and adapted for educational purposes. Original article rights remain with their respective publishers. The adapted versions and vocabulary annotations are provided for personal, non-commercial learning use only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from Bonne Pluie without written permission.
5. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content from the site.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service.
6. Intellectual property
The Bonne Pluie name, logo, design, and original content (including adapted articles and vocabulary annotations) are the property of Bonne Pluie. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
Bonne Pluie is an educational tool, not a certified language program. We make no guarantees about learning outcomes. The service is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these terms, with or without notice.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
